    He stressed that "every company obtains approval through the Registrar of Companies Department, it also takes the approval of the security departments and sectoral ministries after ensuring their safety and their working mechanisms," noting that "the approvals granted by the Companies Registrar Department are legal approvals within the mechanisms and conditions for opening companies in the country."
