Al-Hakim's movement accuses Kuwait of trying to aggravate the international situation against Iraq
Shafaq News/ The Al-Hikma Movement, led by Ammar Al-Hakim, commented today, Saturday, on Kuwait's decision to stop its flights with Iraq, hours after Baghdad International Airport was subjected to a missile attack, which they returned as an "attempt to aggravate the situation."
The leader in the movement, Rahim Al-Aboudi, told Shafaq News Agency, "Most of Kuwait's flights are not through Baghdad International Airport, but through Najaf Airport," referring to the Kuwaiti decision as "an attempt and a message in order to aggravate the international situation on Iraq."
Al-Aboudi added that the Kuwaiti decision is a negative message against Iraq’s internal security situation, explaining that “Kuwait’s suspension of its flights with Iraq may push other countries to take the same step, and this of course has a significant impact on Iraq’s economic situation, as well as Iraq’s reputation in the international community.” ".
Al-Aboudi called on all Iraqi political forces to "unify efforts to solve all crises and maintain security."
