    information/special...
The representative of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Dylan Ghafour, confirmed, on Tuesday, that there is no official statement by the leaders of the union on the decision of the President of the Republic so far, explaining that the court’s decision put the ball in the court of the members of the House of Representatives and not the Presidency of Parliament.
Ghafour said in a statement to the "Information" agency, "We respect the decision of the Federal Court and the transfer of the case to a democratic vote in the House of Representatives," noting that "so far, there is no decision or statement by the leaders of the Union regarding the court's decision."
She added that "things are foggy so far, and we are waiting for the leaders of the union to decide or meet to determine and set the last lines," noting that "the union works according to the principle of democracy and we will abide by all decisions of the Federal Court."
And the Federal Supreme Court decided, during its session, which it held today, to oblige the Presidency of the House of Representatives to present the issue of reopening the nomination for the Presidency of the Republic to the House of Representatives, indicating that it is permissible to reopen the door for nomination again for the position of President of the Republic, but by a decision of the House of Representatives and not from the Presidency of the Council.
