Governor of Sulaymaniyah on the financial liquidity crisis: We have become a victim
Shafaq News/ The Governor of Sulaymaniyah, Haval Abu Bakr, commented today, Monday, on the financial liquidity crisis in the governorate's banks, noting that the governorate has become a "victim".
Abu Bakr said during a press conference in Sulaymaniyah attended by Shafak News Agency, explaining the problem of financial liquidity in the province's banks, that "all Iraq's imports from Basra to Kirkuk belong to the Federal Ministry of Finance, as well as all the region's imports from Zakho to Khanaqin belong to the Ministry of Finance and Economy in the regional government and any The disbursement process must be approved by the Council of Ministers.
He added, "Sulaimaniyah's imports exceed its expenses, but now we have become a victim due to the lack of sufficient financial liquidity, even for the operational matters necessary to be provided in government institutions."
