    Othman explained that the agreement was reached after a meeting of the Governor of Sulaimaniya Behrouz Mohammed Saleh with these bodies and contact investors and businessmen Kurds inside and outside the region to participate in this campaign, pointing out that the campaign received a huge response from investors and businessmen who showed their willingness to help the government in overcoming the current crisis .

    He pointed out that this campaign will help restore the confidence of citizens in banks again and deposit their money in them.

    Two days before the territory's government said it has not received from the Baghdad region after employees' salaries for the month of January last, which led to delayed delivery of staff salaries.

    She pointed out that it is outside the control of Baghdad and also due to the inability of Iraq to withdraw funds deposited in U.S. banks as a result of a lack of verification required percentage of funds deposited.
