Representative of the State of Law coalition, Muhammad Chihod, considered the inclusion of the first reading of the proposed emergency support law for food security and development, in the parliament session scheduled for Thursday, in contravention of the decisions of the Federal Court that repealed the law.

Representative Muhammad Al-Sihoud said that the Federal Court confirmed that the caretaker government has no right to send any bill containing a financial aspect to the House of Representatives, indicating that the Food Security Law has a financial aspect.

The representative of the state law bloc said that the inclusion of the food security law on Thursday's agenda is a violation of the decisions of the Federal Court.

Chihod expressed his astonishment at the attempt to pass this law, which includes many legal articles that exceed the powers and give sums of money unlawfully.

The House of Representatives is scheduled to hold its regular session Thursday, and its agenda includes the first reading of the proposed law on emergency support for food security and development.
