    , a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture, Water and Marshes, Rafiq Al-Salihi, confirmed today, Thursday, that reducing Iraq's water quotas by neighboring countries is an economic war, noting that Iraq is on the verge of a water crisis because of these actions.
