Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein received today, Tuesday, French Ambassador to Iraq Eric Chevalier.
And the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of it, that "during the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest and what contributes to strengthening bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, most notably the holding of the upcoming Baghdad Conference for Cooperation and Partnership with the support of France, to discuss regional and international challenges and achieve common interests and affirmation of Iraq's vital role in laying the foundations for security and stability in the region."
She added, "The meeting also dealt with the coordination of positions between Iraq and France on international and regional issues, during the upcoming meetings of the United Nations General Assembly at its 77th session." Ended 29 / h
