The leader of the Azm Alliance, Ahmed al-Jubouri, confirmed today, Tuesday, the high price of the dollar carried by the previous government.
Al-Jubouri said in a tweet, followed by Alsumaria News, that “the high price of the dollar was borne by the previous government and the Central Bank, who did not comply with the instructions of the US Treasury a year and a half ago and continued to sell the dollar to certain banks and with fake bills, and the Sudanese government does not bear it.”
He added, "What is happening in terms of rise is a temporary natural reflection to stop organized corruption in the Central Bank."
