    Hamid Khalaf Ahmed received the new Secretary General of the Council of Ministers office, succeeding on the Keywords after being appointed governor of the Central Bank.
     
    It is said that the new Secretary General of the Council he was Director of the Office of the Prime Minister outgoing Nuri al-Maliki.

    The statement pointed out that "the general managers in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers Bless Ali Mohsen Ismail his tenure as governor of the Central Bank, and expressed their satisfaction to assume the position of Hamid Khalaf Ahmed Secretary General of the Council of Ministers."
