    Today, Monday, the Ministry of Commerce announced measures aimed at supporting the national product and local industries, while confirming that the next stage will witness an audit and a balance between import and export.
    The ministry's spokesman, Muhammad Hanoun, said, "The import policy committee set priorities for work for the next stage, which includes the need of one of the government sectors, as well as the need of the private sector and the available materials of the national product."
    Hanoun explained, "The import policy depends on what is produced by the national product and the country's need for materials in all sectors." Iraq in general.
    He pointed out, "The next stage will witness an audit and setting a balance between import and export, as well as import from foreign origins and the national product," stressing that "measures will be taken to support the national product and local industries."
