[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - The House of Representatives voted, in its session convened at dawn today, Monday, on Paragraph A of Item Second
A - to have a bachelor's degree or its equivalent, with the exception of the quota for the components, the intermediate certificate and above.
B- The electoral lists allocate a percentage not exceeding (20%) of the number of candidates for the segments of society who hold a diploma or high school diploma or its equivalent -
Item Three:
He shall not be convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, including cases of administrative and financial corruption stipulated in Articles (330, 333, 334, 335, 336, 338, 339, 340) of the amended Penal Code No. 111 of 1969 AD, by a final court ruling, whether it was covered by a pardon or not./ End 5 To receive more news, subscribe to our channel on[/rtl]
