The Federal Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit filed by the representative of Basra Governorate, Uday Awad, regarding the deposit of Kurdistan oil money in Citibank, due to changes in the petition and based on the request of the concerned authorities to return it.

The following is the text of the ruling regarding the lawsuit filed against the Prime Minister, the Governor of the Central Bank and the Ministry of Oil, in addition to the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region:
