Hakim said during the sermon Feast which was held today in Baghdad and attended by "Alsumaria News", "We encourage the government to take effective action to end the intersections and differences between Baghdad and Erbil on the basis of the Constitution and the law and respect for mutual commitments," noting "we can access to radical solutions and comprehensive when we think the mentality solution and reset crises.
