The Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhaibas Al-Saadawi, arrived today, Thursday, in Saladin Governorate, while confirming that the governorate will have three stations on the development road.
The media office of the Minister of Transport stated in a statement received by Al-Iqtisad News, “Al-Saadawi arrived in Salah al-Din Governorate to see the reality of transportation in the governorate,” noting that “members of the governorate council received the minister in the governorate building.”
He added, "The Minister of Transport discussed with members of Salah al-Din Governorate the development of the transportation reality in the governorate."
Al-Saadawi noted, “The directives of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani stipulated strengthening joint work with local governments to bring about a change in the reality of transportation and diagnose and solve problems.”
He revealed "the completion rates in the Grand Faw Port, which exceeded 86 percent for the first phase," noting that "his visit to Salah al-Din aims to listen to the most prominent observations about the transportation sector, especially since the governorate will have three stations within the development road project."
Al-Saadawi reviewed the “Development Road Project to demonstrate its strategic importance,” stressing that “the Development Road will provide job opportunities for the people of Saladin Governorate, as is the case for thousands of Iraqis.”
