He stressed the necessity of "communicating with the Disability Authority through social media sites or the Citizen Affairs Divisions in Baghdad and the governorates in order for the social researcher to visit the residence of the disabled and prepare a report clarifying the condition of the disabled, along with submitting the medical decisions and presenting them to the medical committees."
Al-Asadi stated, “For the purpose of quickly completing the full-time appointee’s transactions, the number of medical committees was increased to 139 committees, up from 60 committees in Baghdad and the governorates.”
He pointed out "the formation of a joint committee between the Ministry of Labor, represented by the Disability Authority and the Ministries of Health and Justice, to visit Iraqi prisons with the aim of including the disabled prisoner with the salary of a full-time appointee, in addition to the treatment bag."
