    Baghdad today - Baghdad
Today, Saturday (February 24, 2024), Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani stressed the necessity of improving the level of work of the executive and service agencies of the governorates.
Al-Sudani's media office said in a statement received by "Baghdad Today", "Prime Minister Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani received today the Governor of Maysan, Habib Zahir al-Fartusi, and the Governor of Nineveh, Abdul Qadir Ahmed Dakhil, separately."
He added, "At the beginning of the two meetings, Al-Sudani congratulated the governors' selection of their duties, and their gaining the confidence of the members of the provincial council," stressing "the importance of responsibility and tasks that await those who hold the position of governor, and the necessity of raising the level of work of the executive and service agencies to be at the level of citizens' ambitions."
Al-Sudani pointed out, according to the statement, that “the federal government has developed its program according to the needs and requirements that meet the priorities of citizens in all governorates,” indicating that “the service and executive agencies in the governorates are the arm that complements the government’s work, and is an essential part of its completion of the goals of its program.”
