    Information / Baghdad..
On Monday, Member of the House of Representatives, Mahdia Al-Lami, accused the Sunni political blocs of disrupting the session to elect the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Al-Lami told Al-Maalouma, “The ball is in the court of the Sunni forces to decide the position of Speaker of the House of Representatives.”
She added, "The coordination framework gave the Sunni forces time to choose an acceptable figure to head Parliament to succeed the dismissed President Muhammad al-Halbousi, but they failed to do so."
Al-Lami rejected “accusing the acting Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, of obstructing the file.” Ended / 25h
