[size=45]Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, affirmed the ministry’s keenness to support all governorates in accordance with what was decided in the budget.[/size]
[size=45]The Ministry of Finance explained in a statement, “Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, received the Governor of Maysan, Habib Zahir al-Fartusi, to discuss the financial reality of the governorate and its needs for vital projects.”[/size]
[size=45]She added, “The Minister of Finance discussed the most prominent financial challenges facing the governorate, and ways to address them, and a number of projects that the governorate intends to implement during the coming period were also discussed.”[/size]
[size=45]Sami indicated, according to the statement, “the Ministry’s keenness to support all Iraqi governorates in accordance with what is decided within the draft general budget, and to provide them with the necessary facilities to implement their projects and improve the level of services provided to citizens.”[/size]
[size=45]For his part, the Governor of Maysan expressed his appreciation to the Minister of Finance for her interest in improving the financial and economic reality of the governorate, and her continued support for implementing its projects to achieve sustainable development there.[/size]
