    Baghdad Today - Baghdad
    Minister of Communications Hiyam Al-Yasiri announced today, Monday (July 1, 2024), the completion of 3 million and 500 thousand lines of fiber optics to homes (FTTH), calling on citizens to leave the "wifi" service.
    Al-Yasiri said in a statement received by "Baghdad Today", that "the Internet service using FTTH technology is the best because it provides fast Internet that meets the citizen's aspirations at subsidized prices," indicating: "The Ministry of Communications' staff has so far completed 3 million and 500 thousand lines of fiber optics connecting to homes (FTTH)."
    Al-Yasiri called on citizens to "subscribe to the fiber optic service and leave the Wi-Fi service."
