    Information/Anbar..
Today, Saturday, the representative of Anbar Governorate, Fahd Mishaan Al-Rashed, announced the approval of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani to pay compensation to farmers affected by rain and floods.
Al-Rashed said in a statement to Al-Maalouma Agency that "Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani announced his approval to pay compensation to farmers after providing the concerned authorities with the names of farmers affected by the floods and rising water levels, which led to significant material damage to agricultural crops for the years 2018 and 2019."
He added that "the two mentioned years witnessed heavy rains and floods that led to the destruction of large quantities of agricultural crops and caused great material losses to farmers," indicating that "Al-Sudani instructed the concerned authorities to compensate Anbar farmers worse than farmers in other governorates."
