    Economy News - Follow-up
The government is moving towards completing five files to complete stalled strategic projects, after completing the first phase, which included the construction of several bridges to relieve traffic congestion.
The second phase will include a package of important files, the first of which is the establishment of residential complexes, followed by the rehabilitation of the infrastructure, the development of electrical networks, the completion of water projects, in addition to adopting automation, as well as the development of external and internal roads in the governorates.
Member of the Parliamentary Services and Reconstruction Committee, Alaa Sakr, explained in an interview with “Al-Sabah” followed by “Al-Eqtisad News” that the government is proceeding according to what it planned in its program, and has completed the first phase of those plans after completing the construction of bridges and easing traffic congestion, noting that the government is proceeding with the second phase, which includes initially addressing the housing crisis within successive plans, the first of which is signing the construction of residential complexes in all governorates to support the middle and poor segments of society.
Sakr added that the government's service approach to providing the best for citizens was met with the support of the House of Representatives through the legislation it needs to implement its program, noting that the government seeks in the next phase to complete the stalled strategic projects, in addition to developing the infrastructure and launching its projects to develop the regions and meet the needs of the governorates, and implement water projects and develop the electrical networks.
The member of the Services Committee continued, "The Financial Management Law provided support for projects and their completion, with the provision of the necessary allocations for them, in addition to providing services, including automation systems, developing government work, and working to develop state institutions and support them with modern technologies."
