    Baghdad
    (IBA). Student member of the Committee on oil and energy Deputy ULI
    Mohsen Al-Shara, the local government in Basra and the Federal
    Government in compensation and providing safe houses for the people of
    Umm Qasr before the boundary with the State of Kuwait.

    Shara said
    the independent press agency (IBA) "Deputy Basra is not against the
    interests of the Government to remove them from the seventh item and not
    against the joint investment with Kuwait in the petroleum pipeline but
    you must consider the people of Umm Qasr before being deported and begin
    the demarcation of the border with Kuwait.

    "The nature of the
    new border to interfere with Iraqi locations more than 50 meters towards
    Umm Qasr, inhabited by more than 150 House Iraqis, saying: save
    everything brings convenience and grant them from their homes when you
    start posting and then dealing with Kuwait."

    "Good messages sent
    by Iraq to the region and neighbouring States in particular deserve
    appreciation and messages that are represented by Kuwait that many

    "Basra
    will continue their meetings in Congress Parliament to resolve the

    Well I'm glad he's not against Iraq being removed from CH7 & joint investment with Kuwait. This deputy just want the govt to think of it's people first before being removed, then begin the demarcation... Well it's kinda late on this but the govt. of Iraq should move quickly to help out it's people before this gets any worse than it already is.
