Decisions of the 13th session of the Iraqi Council of Ministers headed by Abadi

The statement which was received for "Twilight News", issued by the Council that the following decisions:

Adoption of the recommendations of the committee formed under the customs clearance number (87) for the year 2014, on the regulation of investment rules in my book Shiite and Sunni endowments, and as follows:
[rtl]1/ [/rtl]
commissioning the Shiite Endowment Authority to prepare a project management system and investment funds associated Endowments includes detailed rules and provisions of the body and the scope and limits and controls its powers in the field of investment, and forwarded to the State Council for its scrutiny.

commissioning of the Sunni Waqf Board to prepare a project management system and investment funds associated Endowments includes detailed rules and provisions of the body and the scope and limits and controls its powers in the field of investment, and forwarded to the State Council for its scrutiny.

Approval of the use of refunds of loans in the agricultural initiative by the Agricultural Bank to lend to farmers of $ 252 billion dinars.
[rtl]3- [/rtl]
to approve the cancellation of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (345) for the year 2014, about the only exception of pharmaceutical declared cost of speculative, for the issuance of instructions and implementation of government contracts (2) for the year 2014 in the Official Gazette, and the lack of need and remove the problems and confusion on the subject.

authorize the Finance Minister (Hoshyar Mahmud Zebari) to negotiate and sign a draft agreement on avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of smuggling of paying taxes on income and capital between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the State of Kuwait, as amended by the State Council, according to the provisions of Article (80 / Item VI) of the Constitution.

the Foreign Ministry to prepare a document authorization required on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to the Minister of Finance in accordance with the approved contexts, and submit them to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the Prime Minister.
