    stability and the implementation of monetary policy, including exchange
    rate policies and the management of foreign reserves and currency
    management, as well as banking sector regulation to promote competitive
    and independent financial system.

    OS: Not so sure it is a good thing or Bad if, he returned as the GOVERNOR of the CBI. He was trained by Alan Greensapan and we have all reads what he has said about his own doings in the US with the FEDS.
