" 
    Al-Moussawi said that" irresponsible resolutions establishing some of the projects have led to bypass the citizens to sewage networks and water and drinking rain, "noting that" fines allocated to these violations did not match the size of the damage that the transgressor to those networks.     He said Radi, that" the amounts obtained from participating and collection fees are not enough to meet the need of the Chamber of fuel pumps and pumping stations, making it suffer very embarrassing positions, "calling on citizens to" the obligation to pay the debt and the amounts imposed on them to ensure continuity of service and to stay away all rely on the government in the current crisis, because everyone associates at home and they support each other until the redemption of the ordeal. " Meanwhile, a water spend Hamzah manager, Hazem Abd al-Amir, in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The economic situation that Iraq is going through, and the scarcity of financial liquidity, threatening the department projects, especially with the approaching summer season," expressing his fear of "blackouts and the inability to run the stations due to lack of fuel, which affects the level of services provided to citizens. "
