[size=45]The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Ahmed Al-Assadi, directed that the allocations of more than 37,000 social protection beneficiaries be transferred to the Ministry of Interior to be appointed as a contract.[/size]
[size=45]A statement by the Ministry of Labor stated, “Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Ahmed Al-Asadi directed the transfer of subsidy allocations for more than 37,000 social protection beneficiaries to the Ministry of Interior to appoint them as contract members in the police force,” this came during his meeting with Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Lieutenant General Abdul Halim Fahim Al-Farhoud.[/size]
[size=45]For his part, the head of the Social Protection Authority, Ahmed Al-Moussawi, said: “The Authority began boycotting the data of (37,200) beneficiaries to indicate those of working age for the purpose of completing the lifting of subsidy restrictions to the Ministry of Interior to install them on the owners as a contract upon approving the 2024 budget.”[/size]
[size=45]He pointed out, “This measure comes in accordance with what was stipulated in Law No. 11 of 2014 regarding providing job opportunities for the unemployed who are able to work.”[/size]
