Committee member Rep. Paul Abdul Ameer, the inadequacy of the federal
budget to implement all infrastructure projects needed by the country,
calling for the use of international financial loans for the
rehabilitation of infrastructure.
Paul said that the country's
infrastructure still in ruins because of the exceptional circumstances
that have passed on the country, despite its large size, the federal
budget is not sufficient to implement all projects.
He added: you
must accept the financial loans provided by the International Monetary
Fund for Iraq to strengthen the federal budget revenues and investment
projects.
The Finance Ministry said that the proposed budget for
the year (2013) (113), and the price of crude oil (90) per barrel, the
budget Cabinet sent to Parliament for discussion and a vote.
