called for the cleric Muqtada al - Sadr, from Tahrir Square in central Baghdad, on Friday, thegovernment has to respond to the demands of the demonstrators, most notably the dismissal ofcorrupt than those with special grades and the selection of new members of the Electoral Commission, as he warned that his demands will extend to the sacking of the three presidencies in the event of «failure», he stressed that his attendance to thedemonstrations is to «Post demonstrators only».
Sadr said, in a word thrown during the demonstration on his behalf: that «we stand in Tahrir Square is in order to achieve comprehensive reforms in all institutions State », adding that« Our demands are legitimate and will not stop them , but Pthakgaha and peaceful means ».
Sadr , who explained that« these demands proposed is to sack all corrupt people in thejoints of the state and those with special grades », warned that« permeated these demands of the three presidencies in case negligence », stressing that« providing corrupt to a fair trial as soon as otherwise people are guarantor to try them ».
He called al- Sadr« abolish the principle of ethnic and party quotas in government positions in state institutions and the formation of a technocratic independent government », saying« to insist on the resignation of the Electoral Commission and the selection ofnew members not subject to political quotas and rely on efficiency, integrity and professionalism ».
He called the Sadr movement , leader of the House of Representatives to« vote on serious reforms demanded by the Iraqi people that the hearings be public and broadcast directly through the media to inform them of the Iraqi people », calling for « the Iraqi judiciary to Stay away from quotas and political pressure and work neutrally and independently complete ».
Mr. Sadr confirmed at the conclusion of his speech on the « stand with the Iraqi our military and our security forces in the fight against terrorism », blessed« their recent victories », referring to« stand behind them to liberate the rest of the regions, especially the city of Mosul dear ».[/rtl]
