investment. "
He faced obstacles to investment law in various areas, including internal and external variables that cast a shadow over Iraq after a period of legislation and made the country a repulsive environment for investment, along with new variants of the ruling on thesuccess or lack of success of the
investment.
He explained that "obstacles and problems that have emerged through theimplementation of the Investment Law No. 13 of 2006 is not to draw a map and identify investment opportunities to maintain and develop ambitious plans to promote the reality of the investment by sectors and various fields in order to exploit the optimum according to the design basis for the provinces , " stressing that "This move will reduce the thegranting of investment licenses wildly being based on scientific grounds in accordance with the roadmap prepared for this
purpose. "
He described Hnjar Investment Law No. 13 of 2006, as amended , as a "good laws as it was to raise the economic and social development and development rates, as well as bringing technical and scientific expertise and human resources development and creating jobs for Iraqis and the establishment of productive projects in the country and expanded and developed on different economic levels, as well as granting privileges andtax exemptions for these projects, several modifications have been made to this law in order to facilitate the investment business and create a conducive environment and remove obstacles to development and re - accelerate the process of
