    Called for the cultivation of Diyala province , government agencies Directorate to deal seriously with the demands of increased support for the project deer are protected in terms of Mandali , east of Baquba, and while confirming the possibility of achieving the project financial resources of the province, promised deer protected tourist facility "important" in the province.  
    Said Agriculture Diyala chief Mohamed Najib, in an interview with the (range), " The deer are protected project over the past years crashes due to significant material problems to the lack of any customizations that contribute to the expanded and refreshed , " noting that " the number of deer protected increased from 24 to 140 since the opening of protected late 2012. 
    he said Najib that " the project is suffering from great neglect by the competent authorities, although it is currently the largest in the country in terms of clean and natural environment , " adding that "fiscal austerity process greatly affected the development and expansion of the project." 
    Najib said that " the potential of self - cultivation of Diyala in spite of the difficult financial circumstances, contributed to the preservation of the project and Dimuth after control (Daesh) the deer are protected in wet and spend molasses , " attributing the failure of a deer Husaybah to "diseases with the exception of a herd is in the province of Maysan , but not the level of Mandali , which is the first in the country are protected. " 
    Najib stressed that" the project is suffering from a lack of competent personnel and guards in light of the increasing numbers of deer from new births, "adding , " There is no service or environmental problems were reported no injuries in the herd of deer except in cases individual has been treated over the past years. " 
    Najib pointed out that " the project will achieve financial and economic resources to hand and to maintain because of the civil Mandali for the success of the project and its location within the Hamrin mountain range , " pointing out that " the hand of Mandali prepared strategically and environmentally - breeding and recovery of reserves of rare animals in the event of availability of technical support by the authorities and stakeholders . " . 
    And the director of Agriculture Diyala that "deer are protected resorts and tourist facilities important in the province to receive tourists and school trips for hand nearby and administrative units to avoid potential security risks in other areas in the province." 
     The Diyala provincial administration announced in 2012 for the rehabilitation of protected wild deer Reem in Mandali area of about 5,000 acres , stressing that the project is of strategic tourism projects.
