There have been disagreements on the draft amendment of the General Amnesty Law, inside the Dome of the House of Representatives.
According to a parliamentary source from within the meeting that "there is disagreement between the House of Representatives at the meeting about modifying the general amnesty law, as parliamentarians headed toward the groups I want to move the amendment and the other says, given the law in principle".
The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, announced on 27 December last, the Council re-vote on the amnesty law.
