Baghdad and Tehran discuss defense ties
(Reuters) -
He met with Defense Minister Mahmoud Irfan Hayali, Assistant Iranian Defense Minister Qasim pure Zadeh, and discussed with him the defense relations between the two countries.
According to the agency, "Tasnim" Iran, that "Iranian Defense Minister Qasim pure Zadeh, assistant met with Iraqi Defense Minister Mahmoud Irfan Hayali and discussed defense relations."
He congratulated Zadeh, the people and the Iraqi government as "the recent victories of the Iraqi forces in the war against Daesh terrorist."
The two sides, during the meeting on the "strengthening of defense ties between the two countries and means of developing them."
