    The House of Representatives will vote today in its draft provincial and district council elections law, and the Union of Iraqi parliamentarians proposed law.
    According to a statement of the Department of Media of the House of Representatives got "direction Press" on a copy of it today that "today's meeting agenda includes a vote on a draft ratification of the Convention on the avoidance of double taxation law and the exchange of information with respect to taxes on income and capital between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Protocol it. "
    "It will also vote on the bill abolishing the decision of the Revolutionary Command Council dissolved No. 223 of the 1980 Act."
    The statement continued, "The agenda includes also vote on the proposal of the Union of Iraqi parliamentarians law and vote on the draft provincial and district council elections law."
    He noted that "will be the first reading of the draft law of irrigation, the first reading of the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Birds of African / Eurasian water."

    The statement noted that "he will be the first reading of the draft law of ratification of the Headquarters Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the International Committee of the Red Cross, the first reading of the draft law of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology." sa
