    Parliamentary Legal Committee confirmed on Saturday, April 15th 2017, that Iraq does not have any agreement with foreign countries to return migrants and refugees forcibly returned to Iraq, calling for them to inform the Iraqi embassies and consulates in the event of there any attempt to pin them.

    A member of the Legal Committee, Secretary Baker at a news conference in the House of Representatives that "we hear always repeated calls from immigrants and expatriates are asking us by clicking on the Diaspora to take into account the humanitarian situation and their rights to asylum and the search for safety and that of the most basic rights of humanity."

    "We have our work has long been several times on the issue of Iraqi refugees in various foreign and domestic circles, especially with the Ministries of Displacement and Migration and Foreign Affairs, which Talibnaha to strive to help those immigrants ways possible."

"
