It authorized the Iraqi government, on Tuesday, the Minister of Finance to sign a draft avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion.
The cabinet said in a statement received / information / "The Council voted at its meeting today on a draft memorandum of understanding between the Iraqi Ministry of Planning and International Finance Corporation (IFC) and authorize the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning to negotiate and sign a memorandum of understanding earlier as an executive program of the Convention on the Central Bank."
He added that he "was authorized the Minister of Finance to negotiate and sign a draft agreement on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion on income and capital between Iraq and the Republic of South Korea." It ended 25 o
