{Economic: Al Furat News} Iraq and Iran signed a memorandum of understanding on avoiding double taxation between the two countries.
Finance Minister Ali Allawi signed the agreement on the Iraqi side, while the head of the Iranian Tax Organization (Daoud Manzoor) signed today, Sunday, in Tehran, a memorandum of understanding on avoiding the imposition of double taxes between the two countries.
The memorandum of understanding signed between the two sides provides for cooperation in the exchange of information on taxes arising from capital returns; With the aim of facilitating procedures and removing related obstacles from the course of trade cooperation between Tehran and Baghdad.
