He added that the Indian investments in the region are great and can be worked on as soon as there is an encouraging environment that meets the ambitions of the investor and promotes the national economy in all its aspects, especially that India is open to Iraq and is well aware of its importance in the international arena. The past decades have been characterized by economic cooperation between Iraq and India, which resulted in the implementation of projects in various sectors. " He pointed out that most of the major factories there have been transferred from Europe to provide manpower and other measures that reduce costs, and this could be used to serve the national economy, especially in the industrial and agricultural production sectors.
In Iraq there are thousands of suspended production plants and other small industrial projects that are seeking help to revive them. The agricultural sector is also suffering from a great decline compared to the global production unit, due to its lack of machine and advanced technology.
He stressed that Iraq is a rich country and must be a market full of qualitative resources commensurate with the age and the financial value. Here, we must limit the supply of poor goods in the local markets, which drain the pockets of citizens away from the feasibility of owning the goods concerned.
He urged that the concerned parties should create an ideal working environment that provides investment requirements in a short period of time away from the complex routine between the various ministries that have removed many investments.

Training the competencies and the possibility of benefiting from Indian experiences in the field of training Iraqi competencies through the establishment of training centers qualify the workforce and it is imperative to invest time in the performance of work according to international standards, indicating the importance of the human resource to a high degree of experience through training and friction with experience Thus creating a generation capable of implementing and managing business in the international standard, as well as providing a lot of money devoted to international expertise.
He pointed out that the work is continuing with the Indian side to activate religious tourism and the promotion of Indian tourists to the holy shrines in various regions of Iraq, pointing out that this matter generates great financial revenues for the economy, calling for the need to work to facilitate the granting of features of entry to these more quickly.
He also called for the Iraqi embassy in India to play a bigger role in organizing this matter after it witnessed some confusion in India, which needs to revive the medical mission there to guide patients to the right place.[/rtl]
