Anbar Council reveals the authorization of the reconstruction of the contracts of the international road with the American company

Anbar Provincial Council on Monday announced the authorization of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Construction and Housing to conclude contracts to refer the international road to the American company, noting that the Ministry of Construction and Housing is drafting a legal contract with the company.
"The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers has entered into a preliminary contract with the American company for the development of the international road linking (Baghdad - Amman - Damascus) and authorized the Ministry of Construction and Housing to conclude legal contracts with the company," Council member Taha Abdul Ghani said in a statement.
He added that "the Ministry of Construction and Housing is drafting a legal contract with the company to sign a final form and to refer all technical and security matters to the company in charge."
"The provincial council was not a party to the contract at all, because the roads and bridges are federal tasks and it is the responsibility of the central government exclusively." Ending / 25 d
