Deputy Director of the Bank of Zain Iraq Islamic Raghad Nabil al - Alusi said that " the adoption of advanced systems in our financial sector requires human resources capable of dealing with these technologies , " noting that "here comes the role of specialized Institutions in achieving the integration of the necessary technical expertise."
