    BAGHDAD / The former deputy of the State of Law Mohamed Chihod, on Thursday, that Prime Minister Haider Abadi does not have the points to qualify for one of the senior positions in the new government, indicating that the prime minister will go to the coalition of construction being the largest bloc and therefore excluded "Haydar al-Abadi is unlikely to be prime minister again, because the president must be from the parliamentary bloc the most numerous, where the prime minister will be from the building block as it has the most number of parliamentary seats," Chihod said in a press statement today. "Abadi said N deputies in parliament as did not get a lot of points that qualify him to be in the top positions that need big points, especially that points victory for Atahl Abadi to get to the positions as Vice President of the Republic, for example. "
