    The head of the coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki, as head of his parliamentary bloc in parliament. 
    According to a statement issued by the coalition, "was assigned to Dr. Khalaf Abdul-Samad Khalaf headed the parliamentary bloc of law." 
    "He is authorized to manage all matters related to the bloc in the House of Representatives." 
    The coalition of state law has joined the block of "building", which includes a number of political forces, including the alliance of the conquest led by Hadi al-Amiri and a number of Sunni forces within the National Axis Alliance. " 
    Maliki's coalition had won 29 parliamentary seats, according to the results announced by The Electoral Commission last May.
