oil company Petrofac British announced that it got a maintenance contract for a period of four years worth $ 50 million in Iraq.
"Under the contract, Petrofac will continue to provide specialized personnel to support maintenance services and new facilities to improve production," the company said on its website.
"The renewal of this important contract reinforces our position in Iraq, attests to the performance of our teams and provides services, and we look forward to continuing our focus on providing safe, efficient and developing domestic resources within the country," said Mani Rajabathi, .
Petrofac has been active in Iraq since 2010 and has developed an important track record in oil project management, engineering, consulting, operations, maintenance and training services.
