The Labor and Social Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives on Wednesday proposed the allocation of two dollars of each barrel of crude oil exported to the unemployed.
"In the midst of discussions on the budget and in order for the unemployed to have an actual presence in the budget, we demand the allocation of one trillion dinars to the labor and social security sector, which is equivalent to two dollars per barrel of oil per day," said a member of the committee.
And called for "to allocate one trillion of this amount to launch soft loans and small projects that occupy a large segment of the unemployed, and the amount of one trillion dinars to increase the salaries of widows and special needs children and the amount of the loan or small project capacity of 10 million dinars per advanced individual is distributed according to the criterion of population density, The Ministry of Labor to submit plans under which the amount is disbursed to be delivered away from routine.

Al-Gharawi suggested that the payment of the amount disbursed to the loan on a monthly basis for a period of five years starting with the second year in order to employ the unemployed provides a trillion to provide 10,000 jobs for the delegation of the operational sectors.
