Fadhel Al-Fatlawi, an MP for the Al-Fateh Alliance, revealed a proposal to allocate 10 dollars from the oil revenues to be distributed among the due slides.
Al-Fatlawi said in a press statement, "The House of Representatives and the Al-Fateh Alliance, in particular, have a proposal to allocate 10 dollars from oil revenues, to be distributed to eligible citizens of low-income people who have been affected by the increase in the dollar exchange rate."
He added that "the budget set the price of a barrel of oil at $ 45, while the oil currently sold in global markets has reached the limits of $ 70 a barrel, which provides a large surplus that can be used to support the eligible slides."
And he stressed the need to take economic steps that would eradicate poverty and unemployment and provide fairness to the beneficiaries, especially after government measures that caused great damage to many segments.
