Germany informs Iraq of its desire for joint cooperation

The President of the Republic, Barham Saleh, Tuesday, that Iraq is rich in resources and human efficiency, and needs to establish the foundations of real partnership with the rest of the world to promote the economic reality of the country. While German Foreign Minister Haikou Mas stressed his country's desire to develop cooperation with Iraq.
"President Saleh received today, at the Peace Palace in Baghdad, the German Foreign Minister Haikou Mas and his accompanying delegation," the presidency said in a statement received by the Economist News.
She added that "the meeting discussed all developments on the regional and international arenas, and the need to consolidate the foundations of peace and stability in the region."
