The reform alliance warns of sectarian distribution in the presidency of the parliamentary committees
The reform coalition called on Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi to dismiss the ministers, who have registered legal indicators.
The political body of the Coalition for Reform and Reconstruction held its periodic meeting chaired by the President of the coalition Ammar al-Hakim, where they discussed the latest developments in the political situation and legislative and executive files.
A statement issued by the Office of the President of the Coalition said that the meeting came out with several points, including the call of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi to dismiss the ministers who have registered legal indicators and toemphasize the observance of the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives and the need to review the voting mechanism, As it is a violation of the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives, and instituting a lawsuit before the Federal Court to challenge the mechanism of voting contrary to the system.
He also rejected the sectarian distribution in the presidency of the parliamentary committees and considered a threat to the national project and the need to be distributed based on the balance between parliamentary alliances.
