Council of Ministers announce decisions ninth regular session of 2014

The Cabinet held its regular ninth in Baghdad today (Tuesday, March 4, 2014), headed by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, and the Board issued the following decisions:
1 - A - to authorize the Municipality Baghdad and the Ministry of Municipalities according to the actual need, the power to run the procedure of daily exception of the instruction budget law. b - determines the number of (500) to the secretariat of Baghdad. C - offers the employee a pledge not to request to install an employee permanently. d - the Ministry of Finance to observe what was stated in paragraph (a ) mentioned above, for the purpose of exemption and taken into consideration when the project instructions and implementation of the federal budget for the financial year 2014 /. 2 - Approval by the Ministry of Education to contract directly with local producers for the purpose of processing the ministry as you need from the requirements of school feeding exception of instructions in support of the product local national. 3 - to approve the bill to exempt foreign companies and subcontractors of foreign contractors in licensing contracts of fees auditor by the State Council, and referred to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item first) and (80 / item II) of the Constitution. 4 - approval of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the economic and trade cooperation, scientific and technical cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Armenia, which was signed in Yerevan on 06.11.2013, and referred to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item first) and (80 / second item) of the Constitution. 5 - to approve the lifting of the reservation for paragraphs (6.5) of the Rules and foundations in the executive program of the agreement to facilitate the development of trade between Arab countries in 1981, which kept Iraq by 1997, not to conflict with the Constitution and the Law on the Protection Products Iraq's number (11) for the year 2011 and other relevant laws. 6 - to approve the draft law on ratification of an agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the State of Kuwait to encourage and reciprocal protection of investments, signed on 16.12.2013, and referred to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item first) and (80 / item II) of the Constitution. 7 - the Ministry of Finance, regardless the amount of $ (255 241 500) two hundred and fifty-five million two hundred and one and forty thousand and five hundred dinars to the General Federation of Agricultural Cooperative in Iraq, about cover the cost of establishing Conference on the General Union of Peasants and farmers Arabs, which was held on 14.12.2013, and a reserve of emergency for the fiscal year of 2014. 8 - approving the recommendation of the Committee on Economic Affairs, on the amendment of Council of Ministers Resolution No. (391) for the year 2013, to be the scope of the effect on the data for FY ended 31/12/2013.
