Iraq and Kuwait agreed on Wednesday to form four main committees to develop relations between the two countries and overcome the obstacles they face as well as prepare a comprehensive plan for the rehabilitation and construction of the port of Safwan - Abdali through the preparation of new designs taking into account the possibility of increasing the size of Trade exchange between the two countries.
"We meet with our Kuwaiti brothers in the province of Basra, which has depth with Kuwait, and we have many common links," Commerce Minister Mohammad Hashim al-Ani told a news conference with his Kuwaiti counterpart in the province of Basra.
