    BAGHDAD ( 
    Reuters) - The governor of Nineveh province, Mansour al-Maraid, said on Sunday that the visit of the Iraqi delegation to Kuwait helped activate the payments of the donor conference held in Kuwait to reconstruct the liberated areas, pointing out that there are strategic projects to be implemented in Nineveh. 
    "Kuwait is a major supporter of the stability of the liberated areas of the country, including Ninewa," he said in a statement. "Kuwait is determined to continue supporting the stability of liberated areas of the country."
